RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition, we carefully inspect and package every order before sending it your way!

We hope and aim for you to be pleased with your B.ENCORE investment. 

However, if you would like to return your item(s) for any reason, we offer a completely transparent exchange policy as long as your item is returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and still fitted with all tags, labels and security tape. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer exchange or store credit on all items that has been customized or altered to a customer's fit.

Any item that is damaged, soiled or altered are not valid for return and will be sent back to the customer.

Returned items must be received by us within 7 days of you receiving your order.

 In order to carry out a return, please send us an e-mail at admin@b-encore.com together with your receipt or proof of purchase, one of our customer support team who are available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm [ EST]  will send you further returns instructions.

We highly recommend you provide us with an unboxing video; or with photos of all items as it helps us to best review your return request.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers returning products will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest that you ask for proof of postage when returning the goods and that you are using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that return shipping fees are not covered by B.ENCORE  and we suggest that you use a trackable and signed-for shipping service. Please retain your tracking number in the event that proof of postage is required.

B.ENCORE will not be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store Credit Only, No Refunds 

We do not offer refunds, only store credit or exchanges. One of our customer support team will contact you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item(s). Once approved, a store credit will be issued immediately.

Customized Items 

All customized items or any item that has been altered to a customer's fit is not eligible for exchange or store credit.
